What is an Integrated Challenge?

This is NOT just one of those physical challenges where you work your body to pure exhaustion or eat a lettuce leaf a day until starvation. This is an integrated challenge, complete with specifically designed activities to build health and awareness in mind, body and belly.



When you want to change something in your life, you must first change your mind. This challenge is complete with mindfulness tools, awareness techniques and goal-achieving how-to's so you can break through any barriers that are currently holding you back.



Complete with training plans, videos, education and smart strategies for a powerful, strong and efficient body, this challenge will set your body in motion and fill you up with ideas to keep you busy all summer long.



A great nutrition plan fuels your busy days, optimizes your mental state, and bolsters your immune response. This challenge provides you with today's best nutrition education, support and resources that will light a fire so you can easily build new health habits and achieve your goal of feeling profoundly well!

Live Kick-Off Party (Tuesday, 6/8/21)

Every great challenge deserves an energy-raising, mojo-lifting kick-off party to get jazzed up and ready for the journey. We meet the night before the challenge begins (via Zoom) to rev up your engines, clear your thoughts and review all the challenge details.


25 Challenges (6/9 through 6/15)

Choose from 25 unique mind, body and belly challenges. YOU decide which challenges best fit your needs and goals. Choose from mental skills, fitness, fresh new recipes, documentaries, relaxation, stretching, meditation or create some of your own. You must complete at least one per day for 7 days to fulfill the challenge.


Support and Encouragement via our Private Facebook Group

We know you will be more motivated, excited and dedicated when you feel fully supported! The Mind Body Belly coaches and your peers will be there for you from start to finish on our private FB group to give you all the support, encouragement, information and motivation you need to rise to the challenge!


Live Coaching

Throughout the entire challenge, your coaches Jill, Kara and Christine, will be right there with you via live interactions, videos, handouts, encouragement and materials that will fuel you for the challenge.


Finish-Line Party (Tuesday, 6/15/21)

Every great challenge requires a celebratory finish line party, complete with acknowledgments, glitter AND prizes. YES! Prizes (but you must be present to win)! This finish-line party is a blast - you won't want to miss this.
